    Hi Peter, good topic. Yes, it's hard to beat a good condo management company. A lot of SMB landlords delay turning their business over to these companies but they shouldn't wait. The sooner they outsource the better. Rent collection, accounting, advisement, maintenance, inspections are just a few of the benefits condo managers need.

    If I may, I'd just add that the company should have excellent property management software to keep condo owners informed and automate what can be automated including rent and owner reports. The net effect on the revenue of both parties could be high if the property manager is able to create efficiencies and perhaps extend services. It helps property managers generate even more value.
