Doggy DNA database lets condos track repeat offenders

When I first saw this headline I couldn’t help but laugh.

After reading the article and the company’s website, I can see how this would solve some issues around dog poo issues on properties. I can’t imagine a city wide program but per property program would work especially if you are having issues with dog poo not being cleaned up.
