Magnum York Property Management and C-Era Property Management and Realty proudly hosted a successful charity event in support of Associa Cares last month. Bringing together 30 vendors for a trade show, complemented by an engaging presentation from BFL Insurance Canada and delightful refreshments, our event drew enthusiastic attendance from both our board members and dedicated property managers.

Vendor Showcase
The heart of the event was the vendor fair, showcasing a variety of our vendors. Thirty local businesses and service providers set up booths, showcasing their products and services. We had a vast variety of vendors spanning various industries: landscaping, construction, janitorial services, legal firms, and appraisers to name a few. Every vendor played a crucial role in contributing to our cause, highlighting the collaborative spirit that defines our relationship with them. Attendees had the opportunity to explore their offerings, network, and discover innovative solutions for property management.
Special Speakers from BFL Insurance Canada
Attendees had the opportunity to hear from keynote presenters, BFL CANADA, one of the largest risk management, insurance brokerage and benefits consulting firms in Canada. Their insights into condominium insurance and risk mitigation allow them to offer custom coverage solutions for condominiums. This presentation was a great reminder that property management isn’t just about buildings; it’s about safeguarding the well-being of residents and communities.
Silent Auction Success
The generosity flowed during the silent auction. Attendees bid on an array of items generously donated by vendors. From golf packages to sleek coffee machines, each bid contributed to our cause—raising vital funds for Associa Cares. The community’s commitment to helping others was evident, promising a meaningful impact.
Direct Support for Associa Cares
The grand total raised? An impressive $41,700! But what truly warms the heart is that $29,790 of that amount will go directly to Associa Cares. These funds will provide relief to families facing unexpected hardships—whether due to natural disasters, financial crises, or personal challenges.

The collaboration between Magnum York, C-Era Property Management, and all the vendors exemplified the power of community spirit. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone involved, all of the organizers, vendors, and attendees for turning a trade show into an opportunity for change. With events like this, we build stronger, more resilient communities.
