We would like to announce that Lee Meckelberg from our Magnum York Calgary office is now a licensed Condominium Associate. After working diligently at Magnum York for the past year and a half as a Condominium Administrator, Lee has demonstrated exceptional skills and dedication, making this achievement well-deserved.
As a licensed Condominium Management Associate, Lee will be responsible for overseeing and managing a portfolio of properties, with guidance from Jennifer MacFarlane, Director of the Magnum York Calgary branch. He will be providing navigation to board members to ensure the smooth operation of condominium complexes. Born and raised in Calgary, Lee has already been an invaluable asset to the Magnum York team with his hard work, positive attitude and ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
Lee’s adaptability and varied experience allow for creative problem-solving and a desire to apply this knowledge to improving and streamlining existing systems and processes – if he can provide services more efficiently without losing service quality, everybody wins. His drive compliments well with Magnum York’s active management style.
Knowing Lee’s work and volunteer history, commitment and passion for helping and assisting others to the best of his ability is the common thread to how he chooses to spend his time and energy. Whether this is through his volunteer work as a Board member for a harm-reduction not-for-profit, mentoring students during his time at university, or running and organizing several charity events.
Having always been captivated by his parent’s stories of travelling abroad, Lee decided to attend university in the United Kingdom and spent those three years travelling to 16 different countries. Intent on filling all those passport pages with stamps, his dream list for future travel includes Japan, Brazil, and India.
Lee enjoys skiing in the winter, camping in the summer, and is an avid animal and Sci-Fi lover. His dog Sam celebrated his 4th birthday on February 14th and is a great office companion to those who have treats!
Join us in congratulating Lee. We are proud to have him on our team and look forward to seeing him thrive in this new role.
