We are very pleased to announce Trish Mace as the Rental Manager for our Calgary rental department. Trish joins the team with a wealth of knowledge as she has been in the property management industry for over 30 years. Trish has been a Certified Property Manager since 2009, being the first Associate in Alberta to become fully licensed as a Property Manager as required under the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA).

Trish makes being a property owner easy.
I worked alongside Trish as our property manager when I was a condo board president. Her wealth of knowledge, personable nature, and her attention to detail was appreciated. She cares about owners, renters, and their properties. This is clear in the way she ensures everyone is respected, heard, and informed.

December 6, 2021Thank you Brent, it was a pleasure working with you and the board members. I truly enjoyed the residents in the Condo as well, and developed some great friendships along the way. I remember the first day on board with the condo, the fire alarm went off and all residents were evacuated over some burnt toast, that really broke the ice for all of us. Thank you for your kind words, and I treasure all the fantastic people I met along the way.
