Beyond Standard Management
Adding to the above we also assign a Property Manager, an Administrative Assistant AND an Accountant to you. All three individuals become familiar with your property and provide you their expertise at no additional cost. From start to finish, Magnum York’s responsibility is to provide the Board with our knowledge and expertise as property managers. Magnum York reports to and takes direction from the Board, while abiding to all Bylaws and our Management Agreement.
