Condominium Property Manager

Magnum York Property Management Ltd. is looking for experienced Condominium Property Managers in all of our locations (Calgary, Edmonton, Red Deer and Fort McMurray). We offer our clients a full-service condominium management program. You would be managing 5 to 10 condominium properties depending on your experience.

Job Duties

  • Working with existing on-site managers
  • Take phone calls from on-site managers, Board members, owners and contractors with questions related to your properties
  • Manage all contractors and work projects
  • Provide quotes for work
  • Complete site inspections
  • The position is supported by a team of administrators
  • Board meetings are required.


  • 1+ years of property management experience
  • Though not required but definitely an asset: hold a current Associate or associate Broker license in Alberta
  • Experience with Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to work independently


Magnum York Property Management Ltd is looking for a new Bookkeeper to join our accounting team. We are a Calgary based property management company with properties across Alberta. These properties include residential condominiums and rental pools. This role would work with the accounting team and be responsible for a portion of the bookkeeping tasks on the properties we manage.

Job Duties

  • Full cycle accounting for your properties
  • Complete monthly bank reconciliation
  • Prepare monthly financial statements
  • Prepare, update & submit EFT’s
  • Input payables and Receivables
  • Take phone calls from on-site managers, owners, board members and contractors with questions related to the finances of the properties
  • Work with the assigned Property Manager to assure excellent quality service is provided to the properties


  • 3+ years of full cycle accounting
  • An excellent understanding of how sub ledgers work
  • Intermediate experience with Word and Excel
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills
  • The ability to follow timelines
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to work independently
