What do you need to do?

Magnum York appreciates our tenants and we all need to do our part! When leaving your unit the following is most important to remember:

• Giving one months notice in writing to your property manager
• Cleaning as outlined below

 

Cleaning your lovely home

The most common deduction on your security deposit is forgetting to clean part of the unit! We will help you avoid the situation by providing a detailed list of instructions. This includes the fridge, stove and of course the bathroom. Common items that are most often forgotten include:

• Steaming the carpets
• Walls and baseboards
• Behind the washer and dryer
• Exterior light fixtures wiped down
• Removal of nails, hooks and tape from the walls
• Don't forget the drawers and cupboards!

Move-out inspections will be held during day time hours and booked at a time that is convenient for you.
