We are pleased to welcome Dorrie Stender to our team as an Associate in our Condominium Brokerage in the Magnum York Edmonton office.

Dorrie began her property management career in 2019 in Vancouver, BC, focusing on rental properties and occasionally assisting with sales. This role provided valuable experience in tenant relations and property management. In 2021, Dorrie moved to Edmonton, where she worked with a company managing newly built rental units. She gained hands-on experience in project completion and post-construction oversight, collaborating with builders to address deficiencies, handle warranty items, and ensure unit readiness.

In 2022, Dorrie earned her condominium management license in just four months. Since then, she has concentrated on helping condo boards and owners manage their investments. Her client-focused approach involves understanding perspectives and resolving issues effectively, building strong and trustworthy relationships along the way.
