We are pleased to welcome Paula Allard to Magnum York in our Edmonton office. Paula joins us as a Residential Property Manager and Associate, bringing over ten years of experience in property management and a strong focus on multi family residential communities.

Paula began her career in 2013 and quickly found her path in residential property management. In 2021, she moved into asset owned management, where she led four new development lease ups over a four year period. This experience helped her build a clear understanding of what it takes to bring new communities to full occupancy while supporting both residents and property owners.

Alongside her professional work, Paula has served as President of her condominium board for nine years. This role has given her valuable insight into governance, decision making, and the needs of residents and owners. Her experience in both management and governance supports a well rounded approach to her work.

Paula values building strong relationships with tenants and owners and takes pride in supporting positive living experiences across the communities she manages. Her focus is on communication, consistency, and long term results.
