We are very excited to welcome Claudia Martens to the Magnum York team. This is a homecoming of sorts for Claudia as she worked with another Associa branch, C-Era, earlier in her career.

Claudia recently completed her Level 1 requirements for her Condominium Management license with the Real Estate Council of Alberta. She is currently a Condominium Manager in training in our Calgary office as she looks to complete her Associate licensing.

Born and raised in Calgary, Claudia has been active in the real estate industry since 2014, with experience in mortgages, condominium management, and commercial property management.

Her background spans accounting, operations, and administrative leadership, including serving as an Accounting Manager and supporting condominium, industrial, retail, and office portfolios. Combining strong financial expertise with a service-focused approach, Claudia brings a combination of experience that will benefit her boards and clients.
