We’re pleased to welcome Christian Rodriguez to the Magnum York team. Christian is actively studying for his Alberta Condominium Management Associate’s license and is currently a Condominium Manager in training in our Red Deer office. He will be supporting management of the Central Alberta condominium portfolio.

Christian began his property management career in Saskatchewan, where he managed residential and condominium properties in Saskatoon.

Before entering property management, Christian spent over 15 years in events coordination. He helped launch the Filipino Music & Food Street Festivals in Saskatchewan, Humboldt, Kindersley, and Red Deer, building strong community connections along the way.

Originally from the Philippines, Christian worked as a radio DJ and sportswriter for a major newspaper in the Visayas region. He moved to Canada in 2013 with his wife, Kathleen, a Registered Nurse. They lived in Saskatchewan for 10 years before relocating to Red Deer three years ago. Christian is also a proud father to three boys.

We’re glad to have Christian on board and look forward to the contributions he’ll bring to our team.
