Magnum York and Associa are thrilled to share some exciting news!

On December 1, 2023, we initiated the rebranding and expansion of our Preferred Vendor Program, now officially named the Associa Vendor Program. This strategic move is designed to provide our valued preferred vendors with even greater business opportunities. We are pleased to inform you of the inclusion of C-Era Property Management into our program, thereby enriching our collaborative network for our Vendors and our collective clients.

We are also delighted to announce the promotion of Jessica Davies into the role of Vendor Program Manager for Associa. She is eager to embark on this new chapter, fostering fresh connections with all of our vendors and clients on both sides of her new portfolio. 

“Having dedicated over eight years to the property management industry, with six of those years devoted to Magnum York, I am thrilled to transition into the role of Vendor Program Manager for Associa. This exciting shift represents a new chapter where I look forward to fostering and expanding our partnerships with vendors while consistently delivering value to our customers.

Born in South Africa and raised in Australia, I have proudly considered Canada my home since 2015, achieving citizenship in 2022. My journey in life has been enriched by multiple travel experiences, allowing me to explore beautiful destinations such as Spain, Rome, Paris, Belgium, London, and Indonesia. Besides travel, my passion for painting has been a source of joy, with a few of my pieces finding homes through local markets. In my downtime, you’ll either find me grooving to the rhythm of a spin class or engrossed in a true crime documentary or a cheesy reality show, curled up on the couch with my family and two Bengal cats.”
