We’re excited to announce the opening of our new office in Edmonton — in the same building, one floor above our old one. While we didn’t travel very far in our move, it made us reflect on how far we’ve come with the city of Edmonton together since we started in 1992.

After many happy years downstairs, with the rising of new properties adding to our portfolio and the need to reshape our facilities, we have outgrown and stretched our wings to move to our new offices on the third floor.  Our team is excited about the move and we look forward to serving our Edmonton clients from our new and improved space.

When you look back, 1992 was the year the “Ribbon of Green” plan was completed and subsequently transformed our river system into the heart of a vibrant city.

MOVING UPSTAIRS TO A BIGGER AND BETTER SPACE TO MAKE ROOM FOR OUR CONTINUED GROWTH

After much delay due to the pandemic, we are finally pleased to announce that our Edmonton office has moved into a new, bigger space!

You can still find us located in the same building at 10403 172 Street NW but we have moved upstairs to suite 355. This new and improved space will continue to allow us to increase our presence in Edmonton and northern Alberta and to better serve our current and future clients. The new space has been renovated and designed specifically for our needs, helping us be more efficient in what we do.

OUR OFFICES ARE OPEN BUT BY APPOINTMENT TO THE PUBLIC

Our offices across Alberta still remain closed to the public at this time, due to the COVID-19 pandemic however, we are allowing visitors on an appointment-only basis. We are taking safety precautions to ensure our employees and customers remain safe.

Rest assured our staff are working no matter what. Our systems are all “in the cloud,” which means whether we are the office or in lockdown, your property is being managed with the same professional service as always!
