The retirement of our Vice Presidents, Bonnie Nosaluk and Barry Meckelberg, marks a significant moment for Magnum York in 2024, signalling a period of transformation and expansion. Karri Anaka, Vice-President, Rental Division / Associate Broker
Karri will continue to lead our rental property management division as we strive to expand our market presence in Alberta. The collaboration between our licensed property managers and leasing agents across all branch offices will be intensified to better cater to our investment owners. Leveraging her extensive experience, Karri’s guidance will prove invaluable as we navigate changes in the rental market and address the increasing demand for housing within Alberta’s growing population.
Michelle Ukass, Director, Accounting / CPA, CMA
Michelle assumes leadership of our top-tier accounting team. Under her guidance, the team will persist in delivering timely and precise financial reporting for all clients across both of our brokerages. Her unwavering commitment and diligent efforts will serve as an inspiring example to her team in every office.
