We’re very excited to announce that Magnum York has officially joined the Associa family. Under wraps for several months, we couldn’t be happier to tell people and look forward to a bright future as part of Associa. https://www.associaonline.com
Magnum York Property Management Ltd. will continue to operate as a business. Our name doesn’t change. Our offices don’t change.
We’re still the great local company across Alberta we’ve always been, now supported by a North American leader in the industry.
For our clients, your community or investment property will continue to operate as usual. You’ll not notice any immediate changes to your financials, and we’ll update you on any future opportunities that can benefit you and your community.
No jobs have been impacted; our leadership team and staff across Alberta are looking forward to leveraging all the great benefits that working with a larger organization can bring.
Is our Property Manager going to change?
No. All things remain the same, rudder in the water, straight as an arrow.
Who is Associa?
Associa is the industry’s largest community management organization in North America and has been serving communities for over 40 years. Based in Dallas, Associa and its 10,000 employees operate more than 200 branch offices across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
“Magnum York is a great company that has served Alberta very well over the last few decades. We couldn’t be happier to join forces with Peter and his team to continue to do that well into the future.”
Todd Cooper, Associa, President, Canada and International

Will enhanced service include web site access to minutes of board meetings and various studies/reports for owners at no cost to them?
September 21, 2021Hi Louis, nothing changes with the Magnum York processes so documents will still be available to purchase through condopapers.com. We are always looking for savings for our customers, in order to keep our management fees low, the fees charged on documents supplement the management fees, which in turn allows your Corporation to keep condo fees lower.
