Announcing Alex Casuga, Director of Branch Operations – Calgary
To assist with our growth, Magnum York is pleased to announce Alex Casuga to the Executive Team as the Director of Branch Operations in our Calgary office. With over 15 years of experience, Alex brings a range and depth of experience in the real estate and property management world.
Alex has previously been involved as a Senior Condominium Manager in the commercial and industrial sectors, including working with a commercial real estate brokerage and property management firm that managed 80 million+ square feet of space with approximately $21.6 billion in annual transactions.

With a range and depth of experience in Real Estate and Property Management at the Director level, Alex has a proven track record of leading, recruiting, and developing productive and effective teams.
Alex’s role will be to lead the Calgary branch and elevate systems and processes to prepare for our clients’ future. Alex has held senior Director positions for several real estate companies, understanding that supporting and growing teams is critical in providing amazing service for our clients. While working at Arlington Realty as a Commercial Real Estate Manager for 8+ years, Alex was a key team member in substantially and successfully growing the company’s market share.
